weekend a lawsuit was filed against
the Recording Industry Association of
America by a 21 year old Indiana man.
Apparently the multi-billion dollar
lawsuit was pushed forward by the man,
a Mr. Jon Reed, who took out a second
mortgage on his house to finance the
lengthy legal battle.
From the public rallies conducted outside
the home of Mr. Reed, the public seems
to be standing with him on this front.
The judge for the case has also been
assigned and had this to say:
"In the matter of Jon Reed vs.
the RIAA, I don't know if the man has
any legal ground to stand on. I mean,
I don't know if you can be charged for
ermm... Let's see, what was that again?
Oh yes, 'Being huge fucking dickheads.'
I'll do my damndest to be fair to these
uppity pricks, though."
