WASHINGTON
D.C. - In an
immediate response to the tsunami
disaster in Asia, President
Bush was shown where Indonesia
is located on a map. At a press
conference Wednesday, the President
stated, "This natural disaster
is truly devastating, and I
felt something needed to be
done urgently. So I asked White
House Press Secretary Scott
McClellan to show me where Indonesia
is. I simply wanted to show
people that the wheels are in
motion." President Bush
further said he was most impressed
by the whereabouts of Sri Lanka.
"I could have sworn it
was up near Nantucket, but I
was way off."
