The RIAA finally
gets some of their own shit
All right. The RIAA
is constantly pursuing down loaders
on the Internet. They pursue young
children as scare tactics. Cited here

they also try basic racketeering rules.
For example they have pursued many
of people for illegal downloads. Then
told them they could avoid all of
this bullshit court dates if they
would settle for a fee right away.
Simple watered down racketeering yes,

It is another example of big business
trying to make out even more. Yes
I do realize artist suffer a tad bit.
So fucking what. They have been declining
as far as quality music goes as of
late for the past 15 years now. Once
in a while yes something squeaks through
that is really good. But overall the
record companies spew out whatever
bullshit they can.
Yet no one ever really says anything
about TDK, Memorex, Sony, and all
other CD-R and CD-Rw companies. Or
about the hardware and software used
to make illegal downloading work in
the first place. Without Cd Burners
and the software to do it, it wouldn’t
even be an issue.
What about all the MP3 players out
there also? This was made solely for
downloaded music. Yet some of the
same companies that are crying poverty
about downloading are the same ones
putting all the hardware out there
to do it. For instance Sony. http://www.sony.com
I think it is just fucking pathetic.
These recording companies know that
most of the people that download illegal
music are the same ones that PAY to
go to these same concerts. And why
are they going to these concerts?
Because they DL’d some new guys
music and like it enough to get tickets
when they come to town. While is this
same guy didn’t DL these tunes
he would have cared less about the
band and they would have lost some
major money.
But see the major record companies
don’t care about that because
they don’t receive the tour
money, That is were the artist make
most of their money in the first place.
Hey I know it is
only my opinion, but Metallica sucks
and so does the RIAA.
