ANAHEIM, CA -
Local celebrity and the man
on which the popular Character
of Papa Smurf was based, was
arrested on Friday. Joe "Papa"
Smurfingham, who gained fame
in the early 80's as the pop
icon Papa Smurf, had nearly
slipped into obscurity until
this recent turn of events.
Police raided the home of Mr.
Smurfingham at 1:46 AM last
night and seized his computer,
VHS/DVD collection and a series
of erotic trading cards. The
raid was an attempt by Anaheim
PD to crack down on an Internet
porn ring involving pedo-necro-feco-philes.
"We feel like we've struck
a blow for good today."
Commented Sgt. Bobrady of the
Internet Crime Division. "It's
sick fuckers like this that
make me drink on the job...wait,
can I say 'fuck'?"
The initial hearing for Mr.
Smurfingham is set for the end
of June. Also brought up on
charges were Tony 'The Tiger'
Wellsville, Jimmy 'Optimus'
Primavera and Shelly Duvall.
No bail has been posted for
any involved.
